By engaging SC Accounting And Consulting, LLC for accounting, tax, consulting, or related services, you agree to the following terms.
SC Accounting And Consulting, LLC will provide services as described in your engagement letter, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW), which may include bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation and planning, payroll support, and advisory services. Any services not expressly included require a separate written agreement.
Fees, retainers, and billing frequency are set forth in your engagement materials. Third-party costs (such as software subscriptions, filing fees, or penalties imposed by taxing authorities) are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of work until the account is current.
Either party may terminate the engagement as specified in your written agreement or engagement letter. SC Accounting And Consulting, LLC may retain work product until outstanding fees are paid, subject to applicable professional and legal obligations.
